4) Black Pepper Kadha: Boiling black peppercorns with ginger, honey, and tulsi leaves results in a kadha known for its antibacterial attributes. It’s thought to ease congestion, diminish coughs, and alleviate flu symptoms.

5) Turmeric Kadha: Boiled turmeric powder with black pepper, ginger, and honey constitutes this kadha, known for its immunity-boosting, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties.
